We are a small family run business that have been trading successfully since 1994, installing fascias, soffits, guttering and barge boards to customers throughout North Yorkshire.

We have now become a leading name in a highly competitive market having grown into a well established company synonymous with excellence, because of the use of quality products and our friendly reliable and highly efficient service.

There are no sales men, no selling techniques just an honest straight forward price from a local company with national accreditations.

We do not fit windows or doors, we specialise in the installation of UPVC roofline. All the materials we use are of the highest quality and are lead free so will not suffer from discolouration. They carry all the kite marks, BBA certificates, British Standards and Fire Regulations that are required. (Fire Tested to BS476 Part 7, Impact Tested to BS7619, Ventilated to BS5250 and Quality Assurance to ISO9001/2 1994).

Polyplas are registered with TRUSTMARK, a Government backed scheme to help you find a reputable company who will carry out quality installations. Our fitters are time served tradesmen who have gained their approved installers certificate.

We also comply with all Health and Safety regulations by working from scaffolding or ladder platforms. All works undertaken comply with the current building regulations and come with a HOMEPRO 10 Year Insurance backed guarantee.
